I am new to smartclient. We are using smartclient 6.5 version.
In our application when user double click on list grid data, it display dynamic tab, in which tab it displays tree grid. And tree data retrieved from server and db(struts we used).
In addition to that we have given one facility to user i.e. they can edit/modify the tree data at any given moment.
Atmost 3 tabs will be created for particular user. 3 tabs will hold the tree data for corresponding user.
Problem:
But If we open 2 tabs, in this case first tab tree data would be lost(i.e. first tab data empty shown to user) and only second tab tree data shown to the user(while switching from second tab to first tab). If we open 3 tabs, again previous 2 tabs tree data would be lost and only last tab i.e. 3rd tab data shown to user.
Moreover while switching one tab to another tab the corresponding jsp page is not getting loaded and it shows empty.
And we do not want to call action everytime while clicking tab because we wanted to retain users edited data.
So is there any facility to implement logic in smartclient?
