How to track down inconsistencies across hosts?

Running GWT 2.1.1, SmartGWT 2.4, Firefox 3.6.13,
I am seeing these warnings in eclipse on one box, not the other. How can I track down the difference in what should be two identical runtime environments?

This indicates you’ve turned on log categories in your Developer Console using the Logging Preferences menu. The log state is stored in a cookie.

That’s very helpful. Now, how severe are these warnings?

Despite being logged at WARN severity, they are not actually warnings. These are diagnostic statements that you have enabled.
