HeaderControls.MAXIMIZE_BUTTON without effect

Setting

window.setHeaderControls(HeaderControls.MAXIMIZE_BUTTON);

seems to have zero effect, i.e. no maximize icon is shown. Is this a bug?

I confirmed this. For now you can explicitly pass in a maximize header control instead of the shortcut HeaderControls.MAXIMIZE_BUTTON. This will allow you you add click handling behavior as well.

new HeaderControl(HeaderControl.MINIMIZE, clickHandler)
