Dynamically creating fields on dynamic form

I am trying to dynamically add fields to a dynamice form. I was able to successfully create a datasource from a json file and populate a grid with the properties of the controls I want to create.

Is it possible to set the fields collection of the dynamic form to the field collection values of of the datasource?. Below is a sample of the json
