Hi,
I’ve made good use of the inbuilt hilite editor and formula builder in the ListGrid class. I was wondering if there are any listeners that are triggered when the edit dialog is closed (either confirmed or cancelled) or whether an optional Callback could be added to these methods?
Currently I’m trying to save the state of a certain ListGrid setup that has been configured with these dialogs and I would like to do so when the dialog is confirmed and closed.
Also, on a related topic, is there any way to retrieve the state of a field added with the addFormulaField() dialog? Perhaps rebuild the field from the original formula String?
Thanks.
see get/setViewState and the ViewStateChanged event.
While the ViewStateChanged event is fired after a field is added, there’s no information in the event about the new field. How would one go about adding a CellFormatter to the new field?
As a side issue, the ViewStateChanged event doesn’t seem to be fired when hilites are added to the grid.

I am having the same issue that the ViewStateChanged event does not fire. Has this ever been addressed? How am I supposed to know of the hilites where changed so I can save the changes?
We’ve added logic to ensure the viewStateChanged handler fires when the hilites are edited. This will show up in the 3.1d branch going forward.
